Magnetek, Inc. is Named Authorized Service Provider for Yaskawa Drives

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. - July 9, 2010 - Magnetek, Inc., (NYSE: MAG) today announced that Magnetek Mining has been approved to be an Authorized Service Provider (ASP)  of Yaskawa America’s variable frequency drives. As a certified Yaskawa ASP, Magnetek will offer a full suite of technical repair services including on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, technical support and both warranty and non-warranty repairs.

By offering technical support and repair services through Magnetek’s Pittsburgh, Pa., facility, customers’ drives will be serviced by a leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of digital power and motion control systems that specializes in mining applications with rigorous quality requirements. Magnetek offers competitive repair prices and quick turnaround using only factory authorized components and parts, with all repairs being covered by Yaskawa’s standard warranty terms and conditions.
